Losing a pet can be one of the most heart-wrenching experiences for any pet owner. Pets often become beloved members of the family, offering companionship, comfort, and unconditional love. When they pass away, or due to unpredicted circumstances can longer be with you, the grief can be profound and complex, encompassing a range of emotions from sadness and loneliness to guilt and even anger.
I understand the unique bond between humans and their pets and offer compassionate, non-judgmental support and a safe space to express your feelings, learn healthy coping mechanisms including finding a way to honor and remember your beloved pet and move forward with a renewed sense of peace and understanding.

Individual Therapy: One-on-one sessions to explore personal feelings and develop a tailored coping plan.
Group Therapy: Sharing experiences and emotions with others who have also experienced the loss of their beloved pets for mutual support.
